“Well together: behaviors related to safety (BBS) and to organizational wellness”, this is the title of the study seminar organized by INAIL Ferrara, USL Ferrara, Cassa Edile di Ferrara, Edilform estense e OPTA Bacino di Ferrara, inside the Legality & Safety Observatory coordinated by the prefecture of Ferrara.

It is the first in a series of initiatives to spread the safety culture on the territory of Ferrara.

 

The BBS process inside the Safety Observatory

 

AARBA president, Fabio Tosolin, will hold the seminar, presenting the scientific principles behind the management of safety behaviors and the Behavior-Based Safety protocol (BBS).

Special emphasis will be given to the consequences that the safety behaviors management has on the personal and organizational wellness, and to the adjustment of the BBS principles and protocol to the specific peculiarities of the territory: small- and medium-sized companies, craft enterprises, and farms. So, the main aim of the speech is to encourage all the participant to immediately adopt a behavior intervention in the daily management of their activities.

Chairman of the seminar will be Dr. Davide Lumia, chief of the Ferrara office of INAIL (Italian National Insurance Company for workers) and BBS Qualified Expert.
