“Staff Management and Performance Management: how to improve the staff productivity through Behavior Analysis” is the title of the workshop the AARBA’ President, Fabio Tosolin, is invited to hold form the social cooperative Aliter, an association made up of parents of children and adolescents with autism.
The reasons of a staff management workshop
It is not only the large organizations that need to manage their staff efficiently and effectively, but it is a common requirement for any business, regardless of its size or scope.
This is the reason why this need has emerged also within a reality like Aliter that operates in the social, and in particular in the rehabilitation of autistic patients, with intellectual and development disabilities. The cooperative already operates in its sector through the Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, and intends to extend the same approach to the management of its own team.
